Buffalo Quinoa/Rice Bowl

Long story short, Wegmans 90-second seasoned rice and quinoa steam-able packets saved a life today. Today in the midst of a I'm-hungry-but-fat-but-lazy situation, I found myself scouring every inch of my fridge, pantry and freezer for any form of somewhat-healthy, super easy, and most importantly quick form of grub I found heaven. And I'm going to share it with you. You're welcome.

- 1 Wegmans 90 second steam-able seasoned brown rice and quinoa packet
- 1 can black beans
- chicken (shredded)
- Frank's red hot buffalo wing sauce 
- Mexican shredded cheese 


1. Heat brown rice/quinoa packet according to instructions (90 seconds)
2. Open the can of beans, rinse and drain. 
3. In a separate bowl shred your desired amount of cooked chicken. 
4. Add desired amount of buffalo wing sauce to chicken bowl and stir.
5. Remove rice/quinoa packet from the microwave and pour into a large bowl. (careful, packet will be hot)
6. Add desired amount of beans to rice/quinoa and stir. 
7. Pour chicken and wing sauce on top of rice/quinoa and stir.
8. Add desired amount of shredded Mexican cheese on top and stir in. 

Boom. Done. Delicious. Healthy-ish. Enjoy. Bye.
